Win 7 x64 - Character creation bug (ver. independent) [RESOLVED]

This bug has been here for a while

If u click 1st tab 1st, all is ok
If you click 2nd tab 1st you get to the Biography section. When you press ESC you get back to Selection tab again. All ok.

Than when you press the 1st tab, it will bug and open the 2nd tab instead.

I made a few changes to address this bug and the one mikeprichard mentioned. Should be fixed in the next build.

I've confirmed this bug is now resolved as of the current (May 25) build.
