0.10.4 - R0C20Y07 - Quest item not always placed on foe if player exits then re-enters dungeon [RESOLVED]

I've got quest and had to find sapphire in dungeon.
It took many hours to explore the dungeon. I liked it.
But no luck - could not find the sapphire.

I said "Ok. I accept the failure".
But where is the sapphire?
Console: tele2qspawn
I saw dead giant. It seems he had the sapphire.
Reload save after enter dungeon - tele2qspawn - kill giant - no sapphire.
But
Reload save before enter dungeon - enter dungeon - tele2qspawn - kill giant - get the sapphire!

It seems first time quest item did not generated in giant inventory.

How it can be?
Is it intended that quest items sometimes don't generated?

PS. I could leave dungeon for a while. Can it be the problem?

"leave dungeon for a while" = "exit dungeon and enter again"

I've made several tests now (with disabled mod support).
Found out:
If I enter dungeon for the first time - quest item generated as intended.
But
If I enter dungeon for the first time - then exit the dungeon and enter the dungeon second time - quest item is absent.

Seems like a bug for me.

Could you please provide a save or let me know the quest name? A save would be most ideal. And what version of Daggerfall Unity are you currently running? Thank you.

Could this be the same bug as in https://github.com/Interkarma/daggerfal ... ssues/1386?

That the quest moves the item to the inventory of the mob, leaving the dungeon despawns it and re-entering spawns a fresh empty mob?

I hope so.
Waiting for fix.
But for now I don't exit dungeon until finding quest item.

Thank you. The quest in question here is R0C20Y07. I've been able to reproduce in isolation. I'll move this to Bug Reports so it can be fixed later.

Note: This is possibly a general issue with resource placement in world. Fixing this should resolve same issue across other affected quests.

This one has been resolved now and fix will be in next round of builds.
