0.10.4 - Armor value not updated correctly on paper doll [NOT REPRODUCED]

I found some long boots that gave 3 armor which was interesting as I thought they where clothing. Later I found some leather armor boots when I put them on my armor class for the feet was 0 when I unequipped them I got a -3 armor class. I went back to a previous save and when I unequipped the boots the armor class was -3, here is a screen shot of what I am talking about.

I also attached a save game but it seems to reset when you load it in.

I'm unable to reproduce this, I tried all combos I could think of. This was a bug about a year and a half ago that I fixed, so maybe there's an edge case somwhere. I hope you can help us reproduce it...

I was going to shift over to git issues exclusively, but the feedback here is still of much higher value.
