[RESOLVED] 0.10.7: DB/TG guild halls should not use welcome messages

DFU behavior:

When clicking on a residence that is a Thieves Guild / Dark Brotherhood hall, you get a typical residence message ("Someone says, 'Welcome to my home.'")

Classic behavior:

This message is omitted. I haven't been able to test it, but I feel confident this is true even if you're not a member of the guild.

I submitted a PR to fix this:

As I said in the PR, a welcoming message should be displayed only if the player is not a member of the guild. But in DFU, TG and DB hideouts always seem to be locked in this case.
