Build #104 Currently equiped hand persisting across load (resolved)

Build #104_x64 Windows 10
when reloading save on a character (when you die for example) the selected hand is not reset eg. when wielding a sword in the left hand and mace in the right, if you save with the mace out switch to the sword then reload that save you'll have the sword out instead of the expected mace. This does still occur when loading from a different character. This does not occur when restarting the game.
