Loading a game will ignore the extra magicka points you had from boosted INT stat when you saved, so you will have to rest again to max it out.

Cheers. This is likely due to character state restoring prior to effect resuming, which means spellpoints are capped at natural maximum rather than buffed maximum. I'll move this one for followup.

If you have a few minutes, please attach a save of your character to help reproduce and test. I'll be able to recreate the general conditions of this report, but a save speeds up the process and helps me ensure nothing else is going on. Info on finding saves below. Tested couple other things with console commands:
-I tried increasing my INT with a spell same bug occured.
-created new item with wisdom enchantment same result.

These worked properly after loading too:
-Orc strength enchantment buffs strength which buffs max fatigue too
-putting spell point increase enchantments on armor

So it seems only bonus to INT stat bugs.

If character attributes are modified by some value then also derived attributes are modified partly by these modifiers. Sometimes it seems that these modifiers are ignored or are applied in the wrong order when you save your game.

This happens i.e. if you are a lycanthrope and your original strength and/or endurance is lower than 100. When you save your game then sometimes it happens when you reload it that you have your fatigue about halved. This does not happen all the time but when this happens it seems the stored value in saved game is wrong and everytime you load this exact saved game afterwards the fatigue value is wrong.
