Model replacements break dungeon action triggers

Post by AlexanderSig »

There are at least two instances I know of where if you step onto a coffin it triggers an action. In Mantellan Crux it causes the coffin to move upwards and in The Wicksly Graveyard in Betony it unlocks a door.

Example: http://forums.dfworkshop.net/viewtopic. ... a26#p53044

With the handpainted models mod these actions do not trigger anymore. I tried making it so the object collision is exactly the same as the original model but that didn't help. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I feel it would be better if model replacements would not affect these actions at all by default.

The short version is that problem is created by replacement mesh having LOD groups and object collision isn't happening on the same level in hierarchy. I'll loop back to this one later and attempt a fix.
