[0.11.0] Sanguine Rose does not appear in magic item menu

I used the console to give myself Sanguine Rose to see how it worked out of curiosity, but found out I couldn’t use it through the magic item menu; had to constantly open up the inventory. I’m not sure if this is only because I summoned it through the console instead of legitimately, but Magicono said he doubts it.

The Sanguine Rose has a unique on-use effect. It doesn't use a standard Cast When Used spell effect, which is what the magic item menu is looking for.
I'm sure we can make it operate with the item menu though. I'll move to bug reports.
Just as a curiosity, does anyone know if this happens in classic or not?
