[0.11.3] EnemySpawners not serialized

EnemySpawners are not serialized, so they can be rid of by saving the game, then reloading.
(some do that not as a cheat, but because when the game has trouble finding some room to spawn enemies they think it's a bug and use that procedure to "fix" it).

Thanks for the information Pango. I'd prefer not to serialize EnemySpawner. If this is causing a problem for players, I'd rather not block rest while a spawner is trying to work.
