0.11.4 - Possible floating Y void issue using teleport to an interior

I've tried to run a few tests, here is what seems to work consistently. It seems to only happen with crypts specifically. It only happens when you quit the game and reload:
  1. 1. Enter the interior of a building in any town, cast Recall and set an anchor.
    2. Leave the building and fast travel to any crypt. Enter the crypt and save the game.
    3. At this point casting Recall and teleporting will work.
    4. Quit the game. Start it back up and load the save in the crypt.
    5. Cast Recall and click teleport. You should enter blackness and fall forever.
Anyone else able to replicate this?
