Closed: FLC Player

An FLC player is required to play the various Daedric summoning animations, and also used as part of the character creation questions. I would like this to operate in a similar way to my VID player in that playback does not require any third party libraries and operates directly on a Color32 output buffer.
It does not need to be a full-featured FLC player, just capable of playing Daggerfall's small FLC files. I will eventually write this as part of development, but if this falls into someone's wheelhouse it would save me some time and I would be thankful for the help.
