The is any way to Hide the UI and Freeze the game?

I want to make some Screen Shots from Daggerfall Unity for the Loading Mod but to get some good images I need to make it without and HUD, there is any way to hide it? And if is possible to freeze the game too to take "action" ScreenShots.
