Unable to Purchase or Make Soul Trap Spell

Hello Folks,

I have tried purchasing Soul Trap from multiple mages guild vendors (aka: academics) but the spell is not among the options of spells to buy. The results is the same when I attempt to make the spell with the mages guild spell makers (aka: isolationists). I have even tried using the command, "showspellmaker", but got the same results there too. According to the Unity Roadmap, spells should be finished, so is this a missed/new bug?

Unity 0.7.2 (No additional mods installed)
Windows 7 SP1

Soul Trap is not implemented in 0.7.2 builds from 20 Dec. It was only implemented a few days ago and will be in next round of live builds.
