Do "Good rep with..." enchants stack?

I'm currently trying to make an "In town" set of enchantments that increase my reputation and all those positive effects when I go to a town. I was wondering, do the "Good rep with..." enchants stack or do I just need to put them on one item?

Each group can only be increased one iteration, be it by multiple items or one.

Okay, so I have two amulets enchanted.
Amulet 1: Commoner Rep/Noble Rep
Amulet 2: Merchant Rep/Scholar Rep
There's no point in me putting this enchant on anything else, correct? That's the max I can get out of it?

For those factions, yeah. You can only step each one up once by item sources.
