Does Anyone Find Regeneration Advantage useful?

It heals you incredibly slow and it costs ALOT in character creation to take it. Bout the only situation I find it barely useful is when I need to heal and I am out of magicka/healing potions and I cant rest because of monsters everywhere. Its useful in that situation, however very slow. If I have 300 health it can take like an hour to heal up. I personally dont find it worth the advantage cost.

Rapid healing on the other hand... Thats pretty decent.

Rapid Healing adds 4% of max health per hour rested, whereas Regeneration adds 15 health per hour. There are some very unusual cases where Regeneration would be more useful, but they'd be extremely few. For the vast majority, after like the 4th level Rapid Healing will always be better.

Regeneration's cost in the class maker really isn't worth it IMO. Someone's gonna have to rebalance it and others with a mod later on.

Something to note, it also stacks with other similar effects like vampiric effect at range and certain artifacts. Combining enough of these effects together can be very powerful with the right build. But by itself, I agree it feels a bit weak compared to rapid healing.
