Drain is permanent until cured. It doesn't have a duration component.

O... nasty.. I had stopped taking magic immunity... maybe I should put it back on. Or I could make 2 restore all spells

LOL jay... did you see me say NO YOUR WRONG!!!!!!!! I was asking because I didnt know. 
never used drain before, or ever been hit by it(immunity) Im not using any immunity in my current game. Gonna be a shocker for me.

I had already taken the time to start my virtual machine, load Daggerfall, load the save game, find a Mages Guild with a spellmaker, load the spell, take a screenshot, and upload it to image hosting, and I didn't want that effort to go to waste.

its like you are getting ready for battle heh. I dont think we will have any more of those encounters.

A few restore spells are a good idea.
