Hi Sojonin,
To your original post on increasing carry weight, please check out my mod at https://www.nexusmods.com/daggerfallunity/mods/22. It will allow you to increase carry weight from 1.5 * strength to 10x. You can also have it use your athletic skills to carry even more.

With enough rank in the Mage's Guild, you can enchant a magic item to increase carry weight by up to 50%.

Is the stat cap hard-coded or is there a work-around like in classic Daggerfall? I think I'm going to restart my character but this has definitely helped me in the long run.
