The Big Mod and Other Suggestions Thread

I was thinking that there are a lot of ideas floating around for both mod and tweaks to the game itself. I'd like to try to consolidate these into a single discussion thread that can act as a hub. The idea is to order the ideas in categories and then present them in this first post. Hopefully this will give people a means of seeing what ideas are already out there and discuss those ideas on the appropriate thread to be linked here.*
