I allways reccommend people to set dungeon and night light to 0.2 and install the Improved Interior Light mod
Makes the game much more atmospheric and forces you to use a light.

I thought it's intended to be used with D.R.E.A.M. in conjunction. And it has not been updated for a long time... Is it still worth it?

Recommended, not intended. I've never used DREAM but I use this mod. As far as updates, the only bug I know of is this one with light emitting enemies: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=2479&start=40#p36104

Wether it's still worth it is personal preference I guess.

Same here. It works just fine without DREAM.

I was under the assumption that there were some issues with it as well, and removed that mod for my current playthrough. The lighting in my game is currently set to 0.3, and the difference is staggering. Really makes werewolves scary when all you see are two glowing red eyes in the darkness.

The Warrior Guild quest "Third Wheel" is an easy way to get access to more dungeons && Enchanted items.

edit: I've learned this is not a core game fighter's guild quest and is from a quest pack mod. Thanks badluckburt for investigating that.

Are you sure that's a DFU quest? I assume you meant Fighters Guild.. but I don't recognise the quest name.
See my mod code for examples of how to change various aspects of DFU: https://github.com/ajrb/dfunity-mods

I think it's from the Quest Showcase pack: viewtopic.php?t=614&start=290#p16145

uh-oh everyone promise not to tell J it's over rewarding for a base level fighters guild quest.
