Werewolf inventory?

Im wondering if theres a way to edit the files or if there is a mod that allows the use of the inventory and looting while in werewolf form. Or alternatively is there a way to use the "recast spell" hot key for the werewolf shape shifting spell? The reason for this is that i already have the ring of Hercine and i use my wolf form a lot in combat, i just find it very time consuming to have to always re-open the spell book, scroll down to it and have to cast it that way, I every other spell i have works fine with the recast hotkey but not the werewolf one.
