mods don't showing in the mod menu

Hi folks!
I did a search in the forum, and found some things. But don't know if they aply to my case.
I have the DFU Alpha 0.10.24 installed.
But the Warm Ashes 4 and Physical Combat And Armor Overhaul v1.20 - DFU v0.10.25-76 in the "Mod folder" But they don't show in the load list.

I saw someone saying something about use a previous DFU and give some time untill everything work correctly in the new build.
The post I saw is from this year, But some time already passed.
I'm doing something wrong?
I Have to download DFU 0.10.23 to Warm Ashes 4 appear? And if is this the case. I loose much because is a latter version?
I know that every build comes with a list of fixes. But, as a layman, much of that information is really uncomprehensible to me.
Also, just noticed the Physical Combat And Armor Overhaul v1.20 has "DFU v0.10.25" in the title.
This is the "unstable version, right? This versions are just for test? Or a casual like me can play normally?

Use v0.1024 of DFU. Any mods made for v0.10.25 will not work though.

But in the case of warm Ashes 4. I'm using the DFU version you mentioned and he does not show in the mods loaded. Any idea why is causing this?

I assume it's built for v0.10.25
