Daggerfall Demo

Got my hands of some not so well known Daggerfall Demo. Which was distributed before the game was done/released.
It's pretty nice, you can try out the spell and item maker. Visualize the bestiary in 3D.
You can also explore a dungeon.
The interface is a bit different at some places, you can see dropped features, such as the creature/guards on horse which made it on cd as a model but was never implemented into the game.
The demo was also done before the mouse look control scheme was implemented, so you can explore dungeon but only with the original control scheme. They implemented it as a very late feature following feedbacks from beta tests.
Also the font was a bit different, far less pixelized, and I like it much more! Wish I could drop it into the final game. Might be possible, will try.
Also they had some awesome feature built for testing, such as clothes being useful for climate protection and also affecting your personality when speaking to NPC.
The game was still using a xp model for levelling + natural skills progression as it is today.
Here is some screenshots
