Windows 10 x64 and x86 build #137 -Bugged graphics

Started a save from DFU Build #133 and for some reason with the same settings, mods installed and save game, the pathways textures in this town are weird. In-game settings are provided.

I can't add more than two png's and the save game.

Could be a regression of some kind.

Something to check is that "EnableTextureArrays = True" in settings.ini. I believe this setting is required for texture replacement on terrains.

Failing that, one of the experienced mod developers should be along soon to help.

So I checked the settings.ini file, it is set to true. Still getting the same result
