Can't talk to anyone?

Can't talk to anyone?

So I just made a save game and went through the biography questions + finished the first dungeon, and when I go to any town everyone hates me and will not speak to me. Yet, I selected biography question choices that increased my reputations with commoners and nobility. This is not the first save that this has happened to me either, it seems to be a persistent issue. I thought about using an editor to look at what my reputation is and figure out what is going on but I am not really sure how. Could anyone please help me with this?
