Spawning enemies on command ?

Bear with me...
I'd like to see groups of factions fighting each other, or at least the ability to spawn some enemies in with the console..
Is that possible, could that be possible ?
It could be random, doesn't have to be a set enemy, maybe just force a spawn ?
I'm thinking if you can spawn enough stuff it wouldn't really matter, and that's what I'm getting at.
It's not for game play I just want to be able to do it, is it possible or too much trouble ?
Just let me spawn stuff in, it could be random, I will eventually get my Army
And again I just think it would be a cool idea, I don't want to hassle you guys, and it seems easy enough to me but what do I know....
