That said at 50x there's no way you can interrupt travel to go check something seen from the corner of an eye. Could just as well have fast travel with computed interruption probabilities

For me, if I click on the gear icon on the bottom right of the stream, the final option is "Copy Video URL at XX:XX time."

I have had that same discussion in the TT mod thread. I can also point out that there are points on the map you cannot go without a ship. I have to assume that you can get passage to any of the islands on the map but TT forces you to swim there if you do not own a ship.

With recent changes to saving throws, Immunity to Magic will make player immune to paralysis if the Paralyze effect was delivered via Magic element. In the case of spiders and scorpions, their venom is delivered using classic spell record 66 (Spider Touch) which uses element 4 (Magic) so that should work as expected from next builds. Also, the exploit of combining Immunity to Magic and Critical Weakness to Paralysis has been fixed in DFU. If Zaric selected this combo, he would not have been 100% immune to paralysis regardless of his general Magic resistance.

Diseases and poisons (both of which come from enemy attacks) are mundane and do not use magic for delivery. There's no reason for Immunity to Magic to help with these, and there are even specific flags for Immunity to Poison and Disease that would be made redundant by Immunity to Magic serving double-duty here. I see this as a classic bug fixed by DFU and have no plans to support this as option.

Maybe the code is the same and the difference could be related with more modern resolution so you have to traverse more pixels, or something. But anyway, it would be great to have a configuration setting to adjust the length of mouse gestures, because I doubt it was intended to require such long gestures.

There is a setting for it. It's called Weapon Sensitivity or something.

Yep, the gesture attack system is configurable. The amount of mouse movement required depends on several variables and there's no one good set of defaults that work for everyone. If anyone finds they need to move the mouse too much for gesture attacks then adjust the following settings:
  • Increase Weapon Sensitivity - This is a multiplier that increases gesture tracking sensitivity.
  • Decrease Weapon Attack Threshold - This reduces the minimum gesture required for attack to fire.
I have my Weapon Sensitivity set to 5.0 and my Weapon Attack Threshold set to 0.01 and barely need to move the mouse for gesture attacks.

Try not to set the Weapon Attack Threshold too low, as this might result in wrong gesture being recognised if your movements are not very precise. Raise or lower this in small increments of 0.005.

And increasing the SPD of your character can also help. With lower SPD values, the gesture might have been recognised quickly but your character is just really slooow to attack. This can make the gesture attacks feel slower than they actually are.

Ideally that's the kind of settings that should be modifiable while playing, so one can more easily check what "feels right".
