Missing Prince Quest Glitch and No Zombie From King of Worms

In Daggerfall Unity, I am having issues with the first quest from Prince Lhotun, the one where you go to Faallem and find the missing prince's death certificate.

When I entered Sentinel city to give the death certificate to Prince Lhotun, I got a second letter from the Underking Agent. The same one that comes from the "Making a Breakthrough" stage of the quest as the UESP names it. I ignored it and went straight to Prince Lhotun, not sure if responding to the duplicate letter by going to the agent would break the quest.

After giving Prince Lhotun the death certificate, I saw I still had the quest to investigate Faallem. I decided to go to the Underking agent to see if this meant I had to repeat the quest, I saw that I could not interact with the agent at all. I then went back to Prince Lhotun and saw I could not interact with him either. I then went back to Faallem and used Daggerfall Unity's console command to take me to where I found the death certificate and saw that it did not respawn.

So now I have no idea what to do really. I don't have a save from before the quest as I saved over those saves after finishing the quest but before realizing that I still had the quest.

On another note, another quest is giving me some issues. I had done also done "Morgiah's Wedding" quest. That one completed without a hitch except for one issue. It has been several days (more than a month in-game) and I have yet to get a letter from the King of Worms via zombie. I am a level 7, so I know I should have gotten the letter by now. Like with the "Missing Prince" quest, I do not have a save file from before taking the quest.

Your two saves are six seconds apart, so what I say applies to both of them.

Your next quest is Wayrest Painting, and you'll get that in about 2 weeks' time. You'll need to wait until then. I don't know why you would've gotten a duplicate letter, but since there isn't a save I can't determine why it could've happened.

The zombie appeared for me shortly after fast traveling about a month.

Is there anyways for me to use the console to end the lingering Missing Prince quest? If so, can I have the exact information that I need to input? I am not sure what ID exact I need to use, etc. Also, what do I do with the duplicate letter? I don't know how to get rid of it.

In your save file I went into your SaveData.txt and went to line 320. There's a big mess like this:

I deleted that part and Lhotun's letter disappeared.

I see Missing Prince as ended in the save. If you know how to use the debugger, you can use the console command "enddebugquest" to end a quest you're looking at in it.

Can you walk me through the quest debugger? I never used it before, much less heard about it until now.

Thank you so much. Also, deleting that letter got rid of the associated quest.

I dunno if that's good or bad... I've never deleted a quest item from the inventory, so not sure where that'll go. At least you can do a quest over if necessary

Since it was already completed and it still shows up as a completed quest in "Finished Quests," I will see it as good for now.
