Junction shortcuts do not work with the Presets folder

Junction shortcuts do not work with the Presets folder

Junction shortcuts do not work with the Presets folder. All other folders tested (including Sound, Mods, and Textures) will load files from folders linked in through junction shortcuts, which I have been using to speed-install mods through the Windows command prompt mklink command.
Previous experience tells me it's very easy to misunderstand the tone, intent, or meaning of what I've posted. If you have questions, ask.
