[RESOLVED 0.10.15] Any version bug - Winter in the desert footsteps

There is no snow in the winter in the desert areas.
But the footsteps still play the winter snow sounds.

Would be cool if this could be switched to always play the summer footsteps there.

If it matches classic, then I'd still call it a bug ;)

What's missing is the list of climates where it doesn't snow in winter, I already need that for another ambient sounds experiment so I should be able to reuse that...
