(Bug?) NPC's don't have surnames anymore.
Umm, why does no one has surnames in my game anymore? Any ideas?

What region are you in? Not all people have surnames.

True, noticed that now. Apparently people in Hammerfell does not have surnames...even though NPC's looks exactly the same as in High Rock.
