I noticed my "Reduced Magic in Daylight" disadvantage was still in effect when I was inside a Crypt during daylight hours. My interpretation of the disadvantage was that dungeons were always considered "darkness".
Are Crypts a special case?

Could you post a save-game to see what's going on?

No spells have been cast. This is saved just after the encounter with the first rat.
Is there a file we should be attaching that lists the active mods?

I'm not observing what you're reporting. Your maximum spell points are 133 outside in daylight and 198 inside the dungeon. The effect is most definitely not active inside the dungeon.
Keep in mind that your available spell points are not recovered to maximum simply by entering a dungeon. You'll need to rest inside the dungeon to recover your spell points back to maximum. Once you step back out into the daylight and your maximum is reduced again, those surplus spell points are lost. This is the same behaviour as classic.

Aha! The "not reset until you rest" is the missing link. That explains it. (Something to add to the "Beginners" wiki article.)
