[RESOLVED 0.10.18] Quicksave on SAVE0
Sometimes (say, just after creating a new character), quicksaving will save over slot 0, even if it already exists (from another character)

I guess GameManager.Instance.SaveLoadManager.EnumerateSaves() is not called by QuickSave, since the DaggerfallUnitySaveGameWindows is never opened...
