Since switching to 0.10.25 I've been experiencing a lot more of this. Seeing as I didn't experience it before 0.10.25
So far I've had several instances of either entering or leaving a building and falling into the void.
I've also had it happen a bunch of times while using Tedious Travel at relatively low speed (in the 20-50 range).
Kamers new Villager Overhaul mod seems to also have the problem that the NPCs the mod spawns in towns are falling through the void.
So, did the ground get a little more... soft? In 0.10.25?

Noticed that as well. Usually during tedious travel (I never push above 20x). I usually fall through once or twice per Travel.

It's not something I've experienced yet, but it wouldn't be the first time Unity's controller collider had troubles. We experienced something similar back in the Unity 5.x era.
