Aubk'i interaction, starting Concern for Nulfaga midgame

I have finished The Emperor Courier quest for Mynisera, the one after Cyndassa quest. Now, i forgot to do Aubk'i quests so i tried to talk to her and... i cannot. I checked my rep with her in the save file and its 28 so no negative reputation that dont let you get them.

Its a bug, or a feature of the game which after you finish Mynisera quest, even before taking Orcish Treat quest you cannot talk with Aubk'i anymore? Thank you.

This is the save. I cannot talk to Aubk'i and i was wandering around to ask about the rumors about the mages guild quest i asked in the other post. Blocked on 2 paths
