Lags on new game

https://youtu.be/-7getNZQzag The only way I can play the game without lag is to make a quicksave while it lagging and reload it you cant pause or anything when you make a new game about 1~2 fps

We'll probably need to look at your player log to see what's wrong. You can follow the instructions in
this post to find your player log, and then copy its contents somewhere we can see it, like on Pastebin.com or a Google storage. That way we'll be able to see what's going wrong.

I've also noticed that it reset my stats such as agility on the load from new game

Access to the log on your Google Drive is denied.
If it's not really big, you could also add as attachment (zip file) to your post.

Hm, one thing:

ERROR: Shader Hidden/Nature/Terrain/Utilities shader is not supported on this GPU (none of subshaders/fallbacks are suitable)
But I don't know if that can have such a big impact.
Could you please remove Enhanced Sky, Distant Terrain and that cursor mod mentioned? I doubt these have an impact as well while you are inside the dungeon, but just to be sure.

I've seen nothing out of the ordinary in the logs. It seems you installed Daggerfall and Daggerfall Unity in the same directory which is not the recommended way to install them, but I don't think it could slow down the game like that.
