[0.13.1 unmodded] Location in quest exposure inconsistent with log

Seen in a TalonHatesNames stream:
Twice in a row, he took the "A Delivery" temple quest, and each time the location of delivery stated in quest exposure by the questor was inconsistent with what was recorded in the log (and only the log is correct).
"A Delivery" (Temple quest)

Blessings upon you, Antigonula Auguscles.
The Temple of Kynareth needs you to run
an errand for us. This
Common Symbol needs to
be delivered to Zagiladax
within 17 days. You
will receive a temple fee
of 277 gold pieces. Can
you do it for us?

Here is the Common Symbol.
Take it to Fuchte
of The Woodcroft Residence in Zagiladax.
Oh, I almost forgot to mention
that a rival temple may
send out thugs to stop you.

Sluctte of The Temple of Kynareth has given me

to Fuchte in the Woodfield Residence in
Akhallaton. It must be there

Yes, I previously wrote in a workaround using a location called _goalplace_, since the NPC would always spawn locally and we needed a remote location. I can revert that change and use a remote NPC directly now, thanks to Ferital's recent changes.

I noticed this too, glad to see it getting fixed (and definitely glad that it's no longer local-always, that just takes the fun out of delivery)

Discovered that the "trans_out" console command is a work around, albeit taking you to a creepy abandoned version of the town you're supposed to be on, but at least you can fast travel from there
