Where are those .vid files I need to copy to Arena2 folder?

Where are they?
They're in the DFCD\DAGGER\Arena2 folder. They just need to be copied into your installed Arena2 folder.
I honestly recommend the far superior DaggerfallSetup, which has a properly tuned config and comes with several other fixes not included with Bethesda's version. This is hands down the best version for playing Daggerfall under DOS emulation.
You can also use the DaggerfallGameFiles.zip I provide on the Live Builds page. This contains a full copy of the game files packaged just for Daggerfall Unity.
