April Builds - Enchantment System

The main feature from April is the Enchantment System and Item Maker UI to craft custom magic items.

Massive update, Ive been lurking on the Git this time a lot, and seeing all the work you guys do is incredible. I even checked the stacks of scripts and lines of code which are behind each of this feature and damn, very impressive. Also seeing all the pull requests getting merged towards the end of the dev circle and than BAM, new release. Beautiful job everybody!!! Thank you, you guys work like a bunch of pros

EDIT:
Two questions for Lacus
Allow read-only flag for billboards - what is this for, should we adjust the flags in our MODs?
Travel map support for custom overlays - how can I create a new overlay?

Upscalled Item maker & VMBlasts cursor! (cursor had to be added in a photoshop because the printscreen doesnt grab the cursor, but this is how it looks ingame now)

Thanks KoW! It's awesome you're enjoying the process itself as well. I also get a real sense of satisfaction as everything clicks together in the last few days before a release.

That upscaled item maker looks great! :D

No, it's only for loose files.

Really nice to see all these effects getting done, though the item enchanter is imba as heck, so it takes all my strength to avoid him. ;)

I immediately tested the two humanoid effects to see if they worked on humans. Like classic, they do, so now pacify humanoid can be even more weird.

Have updated builds again with some fixes to April release:
  • TextureReplacement: Emission maps for mobile billboards (TheLacus)
  • Custom render mode for static and mobile billboards (TheLacus)
  • Fix animated billboard materials (TheLacus)
  • Minor settings UI improvements (TheLacus)
  • More cleanup and fixes to enemy movement and AI (Allofich)
  • Match GoodRepWith/BadRepWith enchantment modifiers to classic (Allofich)
  • Randomize book quest rewards (Allofich)
  • Improve HUD text acceleration when buffer full (Pango)
  • Fix negative repair times when removing other repaired items (Pango)
  • Special infections (vampirism/lycanthropy) now bypass disease resistance correctly (Interkarma)
  • Fix NPC talk crash in Ilessan Hills (Interkarma)
  • Bonus to "where is" chance for town NPCs in smaller towns (Interkarma)
  • Fix accessory item not clearing magic animation (Interkarma)
  • Store shelves now stock magic items when appropriate, which also fixes non-stacking ruby bug (Interkarma)
  • Don't use unsticking handling when player is paralyzed (Interkarma)
  • Fix checking for static geometry (Interkarma)

Refreshing the roadmap has gone to a more-than-once-daily thing.

I'm not a programmer, but it feels like once the magic effects are done, 0.8 is just a formality and 0.9/alpha may just be weeks away?
