I wouldn't recommend having mods enabled with fresh code straight off git. Like any other game, mods will often need to be updated as new versions of base game are released.

If you can isolate which mod is having troubles, it would be worth giving the creator a heads-up. Although it's probably worth waiting for next round of builds before fixing, as there's going to be more changes ahead. Maybe a conversation better suited for the mods/developers forum.
