Forum Upgrade

I have just updated forum software to PHPBB 3.1.4. Unfortunately the old "CA Black" style is no longer compatible, so I had to change to another style. I have also adjusted to a fixed width layout.
The forum should be a little faster now after the update. Please let me know if any problems.
