Notifications for threads i havent posted in

I keep receiving notifications that someone has posted a reply in a thread but im not quoted and/or i havent posted in that thread.
Anyone else getting this?

The only thing I can think of is if you've accidentally subscribed to the topic. Click the little spanner icon in that topic to check if this says "unsubscribe topic" (which means you're subscribed).
I've done this without meaning to while thumb scrolling on the phone.

That seems to be happening but im not subbed (at least i dont appear to be)
Its happened less recently so ill see if it keeps up
