due to the current design of the discovery mechanism where is this known issue:
-) discovery data is not available when loading an interior environment savegame thus resulting in tg and dbh buildings not getting revealed on guild membership acquiration while indoors
since I think membership will be acquired usually when pc is outdoors anyway this is a minor issue
but I will think if I can come up with a solution
update: have a fix, pull request issued

It's easy enough to change this behaviour. We even turned it off a while back ago without any problems besides slightly longer load times on interior saves. Happy to disable it at any time guys.
