A0C00Y10 requires the player to show up for a duel, which is supposed to occur 6 hours after accepting the quest. However, it's possible for this timer to be well in excess of 6 hours. The quest will automatically fail after 12 hours have elapsed due to a secondary timer, making the quest unwinnable.

I've fixed this in my version. It'll be available ASAP. Classic added some timer flags, which could potentially extend timers in this manner.
