To reproduce:
- Have Terrain Transition disabled
- Go to the fast travel menu
- Pick any location
- Confirm the fast travel
The fast travel menu won't go away at that point like it's supposed to. Instead you'll have to press ESC. At this point the screen will be black, but you'll hear game sounds. If you press ESC again to bring up the menu, you'll be able to see the game world like normal behind the menu (and you'll be at the new location)... but if you close it again, it'll go back to being completely black.
With Terrain Transition enabled this does not happen and fast travel works exactly as you'd expect.

2.4.2 is working perfectly! Thank you so much for the fixes, playing on lower-end machines is now far more viable

Live build, the latest one (17yh of August). Ok Im not sure, because it looks like there isnt any terrain mesh in the distance. Like its invisible I think, its hard to detect. Also Im sure Ive saw distant trees floating in mid air, where hill should be. But again Im not completely 100% sure.

Do you have Mountains and Hills mod active, if so try if deactivating it changes the situation
