Trapped in a dungeon [CLASSIC BEHAVIOUR]
I was recently playing when a tavern quest teleported me into a dungeon. While I don't think there is a problem with the quest per se, the problem I ran into was the location in the dungeon. I was teleported into a room with a hall leading to a pit. The problem was that the pit had a trap door and the trap door cannot be opened from inside. I could reach through the door and kill the atronach on the other side but I could not even bash my way out.

Re: Trapped in a dungeon
That's a limitation we've recognized. It actually happens in classic, too. I have no idea what the intended solution was
In each teleporting action (at least in my quests, not classic), there's a hint that you can use the console command "teleport" to get out of these inescapable situations. Until we can dummy out some quest locations from the teleport system, this is going to be a part of DFU.
