Title says it all I guess...
Way to reproduce: Load attached save for instance. Kill a few citizens to make guards follow you, and then run downhill (north in the save) and watch the guards. As you cross the location border (when automap is not available anymore), the guards are unable to descend to lower terrain but are flying instead.
(P.S.: I advise to use godmode, because of my other bug report.)
