Not shure if this is same bug, but similar: I have cutom class and at start everything was normal, I didn't done anything that can lower my reputation with regular people. But after some certain point NPCs just start hate me - not answering any questions and it feels like my reputation with them in deep hole.

I think that one has been fixed by numidium.
My socially awkward test character can get some answers.
