Glenmoril Coven Glitch [UI scales to fill whole display]

I have been testing out being a werewolf. i decided to get the ring of hircine. i went to the gelnmoril in house coven in daggerfall city. talking to the witch however brings up the dialog box but it is super zoomed in taking up the whole screen and cannot be interacted with it. i went and manual discovered the glenmoril coven and the witches there were the same story. I have not tried completing the quest for discovering them yet. i assume it is happening because i am breaking sequence? i will reply with more once i attempt the cure lycanthropy quest.
