v08.2 (Win7 x64) - Paperdoll replacement has 320x200 outline

The upscaled sprite replacement works, but the outline is still in 320x200 resolution, resulting on jagged edges.
Its mostly visible at the legs in the screenshot. Its great we can finally mod this!

Can this be somehow improved please?
EDIT: Or am I missing the mask file?

Could you provide the source images in a zip and I'll see what I can do? I think I know what the problem is, I just don't have any good test images to play with. Cheers. :)

Hi, Ive created just this one paperdoll as a proof of concept. Its a Wood Elf character, male.
Is this image enough? Or shall I send the background and inventory as well?

Thanks for sample image! I'll move this one to Modder Discussion as it's related to mod implementation rather than a bug.

The core issue is how the bodies are composited. As its possible for paper doll to be clothed or unclothed, and player can have paper doll nudity enabled or disabled, and textures can be modded or unmodded, and then either upper or lower half can have clothes on or not, there's a few layers of compositing required based on settings, mods, and current equipment state.

The short answer is you'll need to provide both a nude and clothed version of this image for it to composite correctly in all possible states. This means replacing both BODY05I0/BODY05I1 as a pair. One can't exist without the other.

You'll also need to ensure that both nude and clothed bodies perfectly overlay, as the body variant with welded-on undies is like a paper doll layer over the nude body. That's why you're seeing the chunky outline - it's actually the unmodded nude body underneath the modded clothed body.

:) the problem was solved with the suggested approach

There is a thin black outline, but Im quite sure its because of feathering I applied, and I can get rid of it.
But it looks ok even with the outline. Will decide on this laters.

It looks great!!!

IS this the correct naming format for the head pls?
I placed it in the textures/CifRci folder but it does not translate to the game...

Edit: thank IK, it looks awesome, finally! His face is rough indeed :D Now to get the upscaled head in as well. Ive PMed Lacus about this thread ;)
