I had the same issue (rectangular moons) until I reversed the load priority for Enhanced Sky and DREAM-Textures.

Sometimes I get just one rectangular moon, but it's pretty random and goes away if I reload.

I dont understand how Dream could be messing up with moons, because I have not modded them, its strange.
